We just finished the month of October and the Lord continued blessing in our meetings as he has all this year.

The first Sunday, October 4th I was at Peace Haven Baptist Church in Yadkinville, NC. This church has faithfully supported our ministries for 20 years or more. My good friend, Bruce Freeman was the pastor for 25 years. He recently resigned and moved to LaGrange, GA to pastor Faith Baptist Church which is another church that has been a blessing to our ministry for many years.  I was actually filling the pulpit of Peace Haven while they pray and search for a new pastor. George Evans is the interim pastor and is doing a great job.  We had two wonderful services with four people coming to Christ.

The following week we were in Lawton, OK for a Sunday-Wednesday crusade. We were with Pastor Doug Passmore and First Baptist Church East. We had great attendance and the Lord blessed with Forty - Two people being saved! It was good to see Bob and Pat Collins in three of the services. They are close friends and supporters of TLM

On the 18th of October we were in Fort Walton Beach Florida at  Hollywood Blvd Baptist Church. The Pastor, Willie Pace and his wife Rita are good friends and we always enjoy being around them. There were, I believe, seven people who came for salvation and many more decisions were made by Christians. On Sunday evening we had a men's only meeting. There were about 80 men who met for a great steak dinner and then we went to the auditorium where I brought a message just for them. It was a good day. This church supports our ministry monthly also.

On Monday we drove to Pensacola to attend the Southwide Baptist Fellowship which was hosted this year by Pastor Gordon Godfrey and Marcus Pointe Baptist Church. It was an awesome meeting with great preaching and singing and fellowship! There were pastors from many different parts of the country and we were blessed in each service. Marcus Pointe is a supporting church of TLM.

The last Sunday of the month we were in Savannah, Georgia at Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Herb Hubbard. This was our second time to be with these good people. It was Friend Day and the building was packed. There were several elected officials present including the Mayor of Savannah, Otis Johnson and the Congressman from that district Representative Jack Kingston and his wife. I enjoyed talking with him. He is a good man taking strong positions on issues and standing up for what is right in America. We need more men like him in Congress!

When the invitation was given people came from all over the congregation and thirty - three people were saved and there were scores of other meaningful decisions made as well. It was a great morning!

On Sunday evening we were in Jacksonville, FL at First Coast Baptist Church with Pastor Richard Edwards. There was a great crowd present for the Sunday night service. I believe two came for salvation and many came to pray for revival. This is a good church and they too have financially supported our ministry for a long time.
