Well, I have officially retired my 2009 date book. I have kept all of my 31 date books since I became a full time evangelist January 1st 1979.They each tell a partial story of what the Lord did during that particular year.  I am now starting my 32nd year!

2009 was a remarkable year with a lot of great meetings and memories. We finished out the month of November at Willow Park Baptist Church in Aledo, Texas. My good friend of many years, Clark Bosher is the pastor of this church. They have now gone to 3 morning services. 13 people came to Christ and there were many more decision made during the day. This was my fourth time to be with the good people of Willow Park. What a blessing they are to our ministry!

The first week of December on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday we were in Carmi, Illinois. This is only 20 minutes form where I was born and raised. Big Rig Ministries hosted us for this three day event. Connie and I saw a lot of family and friends during this time in southern Illinois. 10 people were saved and the lord blessed in a lot of different ways. I was able to spend time with my mother and Connie was able to spend time with her parents. her mother had surgery while we were there and  is facing additional surgery as I write this. please pray for my mother in law, Mary Hamson.

On Saturday night after the last service in Carmi Connie and I drove 3 hours to Poplar Bluff, Missouri. I was at Westwood Baptist Church many years ago. the church has moved to a new location on several acres of beautiful property where they have room to grow. The building was packed on Sunday morning. I would imagine there was between 900 and1000 present including 20-25 WW II Veterans! This was the largest number of WW II Veterans that we have seen in our services in a long time. The pastor, Steve Proctor and the people of Westwood did a great job in recognizing all the veterans present and especially paying respect to the WW II Vets. 50 people were saved during the day. On Sunday evening a large number of teens from a home for troubled teenagers run by the state of Missouri was present and many of them were saved! It was truly an awesome day.

On Saturday evening December 12th I had the privilege to speak for two of our board members at their company Christmas party in Kernersville, NC.. Tony and Chris Alford have been 2 of the biggest supporters and friends of Tim Lee Ministries in the past 20 years. They are members of Kerwin Baptist Church where another one of our board members, Joe Myers is the pastor. Tony and Chris have a real heart for the things of the Lord. They run all of their companies and businesses with Christian integrity and character. With 50 or so employees and family members present it was obvious to see that Tony and Chris were loved and appreciated by all present. Thank you Tony and Chris for being such great friends! One precious young boy was saved at this Christmas gathering.

On Sunday we were all day at the shining Light Baptist Church in Greensboro, NC. We have been with Pastor Jimmy Dillon and his good people on numerous occasions. We had two great services with many making important decision for the Lord during the invitation times. Bro Jimmy and Shining Light have given monthly support to this ministry for many years.

On the 20th of December were Sunday morning at Trinity Baptist Temple in Saginaw, TX. We have also been with Pastor Woody Godbey and these good people on numerous occasions. It was the Sunday before Christmas and I had a Christmas message prepared yet when I got up to speak the Lord led me to give my story. 24 people were saved when the invitation was given. What a
great Christmas for these 24 people!  Like I said 2009 was a great year. Now I am looking forward to 2010 being even better.
